I’m back! I am SO sorry it has been so long! been getting used to a brand new schedule and this week has been CRAZY busy! I started the new job which I LOVE! Also have been starting to prep for my trip to Italy, met with realtors, went to Milwaukee for a night for a Brewer game, had a surprise party for my future sis in law, puppy pool party haha and lots of other stuff. Tonight is the first night in forever I have gotten to cook.
I also restarted my weekly goals. Last week went ok. I ran 2.5 mile instead of 3, I did a LONG walk but I didnt find time for yoga. For eating I did pack 3 instead of 4 lunches but only because I had a few lunches out with my new coworkers. Couldn’t pass up the chance to get to know everyone!
So this week my goals are:
Exercise: 3 miles and one workout DVD or class
Food: drink 64 oz of water and eat 3 protein heavy breakfasts.
Got a good start! Drank a TON of water today (and peed about a million times) and had PB toast (1 piece) with a hard boiled egg for bfast!

Okay the food! I have been dying to get this recipe up for some time! I LOVE veggie burgers and this version is a fave right up there with black bean burgers. I found it on Pinterest though so I can’t take credit
